They continue what they are doing even though they can see you are looking for something in the area they are working in. Most, not all, will not even move or offer assistance. Big, wide open shopping center with a Jewel Osco in the middle and a post office down at the end. This shopping center is never busy and there's always tons of parking for each store. There's an O'Reilly's down at the end which never has any people inside of it, a great place for car parts.
