Subway — Restaurant in Hanover Township

There is a Hispanic lady working here right now 5/16/22 at 9:22am and her attitude STINKS… very bad customer service, I think she mad I walked On her cleaning, I interrupted her in finishing… she slapped my meat in the middle of my foot long, I asked could she spread the meat, she breathe really loud n spreading the meat agresssively, I’m like whoa r u ok? U ignores, she then slaps my cheese in 1 spot n I told her the cheese isn’t on the whole sandwich she gets mad n snatches cheese to put in right spots I’m like ummm u need to fix ur attitude if u plan on working with the public..after that I was rushed..she didn’t offer veggies to put on, I had to stop her from trying to ring me up cuz she really was trying to skip everything. Next time I’ll just stop by the subway close to my job...

Guy working there in a rude manner says they don’t accept coupons after they made my sandwich and I was about to pay -I show them subway coupon that comes in the mail , worker says they don’t accept coupons I ask why ? No answer . Coupon says - “reedeemable at participating u.s. restaurants” but there’s no sign in there store that says they don’t accept coupons so it’s b.s. I was at jewel so I thought I’d stop by at this subway since it’s next door and I wanted subway , but I always go to the subway in streamwood and will just go there from now on. They accept coupons in the mail and on there app! Awesome 😄Ppl that work there are very friendly unlike this...
