My husband and I have been living at Hanover Crossing Residences for about 2 years and I am delighted to share my positive experience here. I remembered the very first interaction I had with the Property Assistant Manager Andrea at the time, she displayed a high level of professionalism and attentiveness which made our decision to move here very easy. Now, we have Uma as the property manager she is a delight to work with, she always making sure that my concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Her team Perla and others go above and beyond specially during this holiday season with lots of deliveries to make sure the mail room is organized 👍🏽👏🏾. The maintenance team Sean, Steven handle any issues promptly and efficiently, providing effective solutions that exceeded my expectations. Also, the cleaning team Alphonso and others are doing a great job. Whenever I see Alphonso he greets me by my name 🥰. The team of Hanover Crossing friendly demeanor make the experience of living here pleasant. Excellent customer service 👏🏾.

The community is beautiful, with some great amenities on the property such as the media room and the gym just to name a few. The atmosphere here is vibrant (some outstanding neighbors). I was a homeowner in Hanover for 41 years, and following the loss of my husband and sale of my home I was discouraged by the then existing apartment options available in my home town…Until I discovered that this gorgeous apartment community would be ready in time for me to move in in February, when building 2 was scheduled for completion. I leased the largest 1BR unit available with full balcony overlooking the expanse of the entire property courtyard and moved in with my miniature schnauzer a year ago, and have just renewed my lease. In addition to the superior amenities and attention to detail, the entire staff is outgoing, friendly, and accommodating every request, and a sense of community was immediately achieved. You can see for yourself the description of amenities, but what you cannot see without a visit is how much we residents love living here. There is no comparison anywhere on the South Shore to the quality of living achieved here. Strict adherence to rules of decorum ensure peaceful coexistence with my neighbors; both dogs and humans instantly form new friendships.
