CAVA — Restaurant in Hanover

This was one of the worst Cava’s i’ve been to.. I ordered the build your own bowl and had 2 problems with it. Firstly, I asked for the eggplant dip and because the tub was empty, he scraped the last bits and I got less than half a scoop of the dip. I thought he was going to refill the tub but he just left it at that. Then, I asked for the spicy lamb meatballs and got three (instead of 4) crumbly broken up meatballs, which mind you, cost $2.55 extra. We pointed it out to the lady and she gave me and my friend really bad attitude and then said the broken up meatballs added up to 4 pieces (They most definitely didn’t.) There was only 1 full meatball and 3-4 half pieces in the bowl. If you guys are out of the item, please just refill it or take it off the menu instead of scamming and charging customers extra for something you aren’t going to deliver. I needed a quick lunch and decided to try here. I was a bit overwhelmed by all the options - which they were more than prepared for 😆 two different staff people kindly walked me through how ordering in general works (think subway - they have "curated" options but it's set up for you to go down the line and choose what you want) and what each different option was. The woman who was building my bowl even made sure to give me a heads up on spiciness levels once I mentioned that I don't handle spice well. I was just in time to beat the lunch rush so I don't think I held them up too long. I'm sitting enjoying my fresh and tasty bowl and they seem to be efficiently getting everyone through the line with their lunch. I came in on Tuesday and this amazing ladies rylie and Alicia I think, were extremely friendly, so nice, it was not my first time but I told them I wanted to try something new, and although they had a huge line they still helped me and gave me an deep explanation on the things i asked them, usually when a place is rushed they are rude, angry, and ignorant, but from this crew I got a totally different experience, it’s honestly incredible, and I was shocked to find out they cannnot accept card tips, that is absolutely ridiculous, these girls were amazing,...
