We usually purchase all of our appliances from Best Buy due to being TotalTech members. However, Best Buy let us down by cancelling our appliance delivery without telling us, on the day it was expected. Thankfully, Lake Erie Appliances saved the day. We entered the store and were immediately greeted by one of the workers. He walked over to us and explained all the products that they had in stock, went over various options with us, and pointed out that each appliance had a QR code inside that we can use to read more information on the unit. We selected an amazing washer and dryer set and they were delivered within an hour! We ended up getting larger and better quality appliances for around the same price. The delivery crew was extremely friendly and helpful as well. What's even better is that the set comes with a warranty for peace of mind. Went in there and bought a new washer, dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator spent a lot of money all at once with them. Get everything delivered and I go to install the refrigerator only to find out that there wasn't a filter for the refrigerator called to let them know was told to send pictures and they would get back to me that was a week ago and I haven't heard anything. I bought a brand new scratch and dent unit which means it should have had a filter with it. Ended up having to go and buy 1 at 50 bucks just so I could hook up my ice and water. The appliances I got work great but this place doesn't stand behind thier products at all! Beware of buying anything from them because of thier lack of support unfortunately for me they already have my money so I'm stuck with them. But any new customers I'd be weary before handing...

I wouldn't even give a one star. The only reason I am giving a one star was because of the delivereman. He was very polite and very helpful. More than I could say for the rest of the company I went in or to buy my mother a dryer and I didn't even get no assistance or no help. The guy was too busy behind the desk.
