If I could give a negative review that would be the best. I ordered flowers online for a soldiers funeral and your business delivered flowers that did not even match what I ordered. You sent a downgraded version that was just thrown together. The little ugly purple cheap bow which was not part of my order was not even tied or cut to fit right. A vase replacement which I have no clue why you picked a cheap replacement. I paid for a huge bouquet instead my family was sent a cheap thrown together arrangement with only yellow roses that actually matched my order. The rest you just decided to use whatever flowers you wanted to. So disrespectful to do to a War Widow. Who is purchasing flowers for her uncle's funeral that served this country. The first picture is what I ordered online the second is what Coming Up Roses sent to the funeral home. I have also reported this to the site I ordered the flowers from so they know what was sent what not what is on their site. I will never recommend this so called business. When you own a business if you can not do it correctly then don't do it at all. As the site says if you do not have the flowers to do the same arrangement then you use ones of equal too or greater than value. Not something that is less than and doesn't look like it was done professionally. Thanks, for the time and thoughtfulness you didn't put into my uncle's flowers. I ordered a beautiful flower arrangement from the Coming Up Roses website for my mama on her birthday. The arrangement I ordered had sunflowers in it. The morning of her birthday, I got a call saying they didn’t have sunflowers in stock. He was so apologetic, but I told him that was totally fine and to “just make it pretty.” They did exactly that and then some!
