Very bad experience with this company. They hound you if u are just a few days late on your payment. My balance was very small and they harrassed me when I had a death in my family. They are knocking on your door harassing you constantly. Very bad business practices. The one guy that works there lives near me . He has a pitiful dog he keeps in a small cage behind his house. I’ve had merchandise for quite a while and at first it was all nice and the workers was great then about 3 months in your a day late and there threatening you with an attorney or lying to you…… I got a little behind and ASHLEY texted me on a Saturday and said your behind 3 payments so I made a payment right then, and then next week JUSTIN texts me and says I’m 4 payments behind and If I don’t make a payment right now there taking legal actions… customer service is poor from everyone...
