I showed a picture of what i wanted, hairdresser said it would be possible to achieve. I was in a rush when i left the salon because i had been there for 5 hours already the front looked good. I got home and noticed the back and bottom was a completely different color than the top. I asked for curtain bangs and got choppy uneven side bangs. I messaged the hairdresser directly as well as the actual salon, messages were seen and not replied to. I spent 180$ after tip and didnt get the results i was promised. Do not recommend getting any type of colored hair done there. Also not very good customer service. I am a visually impaired male with neuropathy. Unable to care for my own feet, I look forward to a relaxing visit with a qualified nail technician to get my feet revitalized and my nails taken care of. My experience at Jen’s Place was better than I could have hoped for. I was able to sit back and enjoy a wonderful back and neck massage, while a very skilled tech went to work on my feet. The soak and pedicure were nothing more than standard. The real magic happened when the technician masterfully worked the knots and tightness in my tired feet and lower legs to complete relaxation. I had all over foils with blonde and copper. My roots are still showing, there are huge chunks of color with no symmetry whatsoever. The colors look nothing like what I asked for. I left the salon to find the color had not been washed out of the back of my scalp and the texture of my hair was now course and frizzy. I had to go home and wash the chemicals off of my head and when I blow dried it my hair was just breaking off.
