I called and spoke to a gentleman I believe named Eric. I told him my car was making a sound I thought the wheel bearing may need replacing. While it’s there I asked if they could change the oil and rotate the tires as well. The man said no problem, it should be done by noon on Friday. I dropped my car off Thursday evening and waited for a call. No call came so I called to check on it at 2:30pm and was told it would be done at 3:30pm. When I arrived I found that only an oil change was done. Nothing else. No wheel bearing. (Which I was told DOES need replacing and no tire rotation. Josh and team did a great job. I knew I needed some brake work done. He advised me exactly what I should do give how often I drive my old truck. I forgot I needed a new battery as the engine was turning over as it did prior winters and he pointed that out to me to. He's an honest fella that gets it done right. I am not sure about prices. This is long overdue. Had some near catastrophic engine problems on our way home from vacation. Josh was nice enough to get it right in to find out cylinder 4 had almost no compression. After awhile of talking he was nice enough to have one of his guys drive us in to sioux city to find a rental and offered to leave it at his shop until we could figure out what to do.
