Stomping Grounds — Restaurant in Hartford Township

Not from the area but from the west side of the state so after leaving Sioux Falls and headed home we just wanted a local coffee shop. Right upon entering the gentleman was very friendly and the shop clean and organized! There were various goodies that piqued our interest and a couple that we bought were delicious :-). They had some alcohol like wine and beer but it would have been too tempting ;-) we ordered our lattes and a smoothie with a great price all the while the gentleman continuing to be friendly and informative of the area. Really look forward to stopping there again on our way...

Locally owned and an excellent option for dine in or carry out. Too many favorites to list but the bagel sandwiches, pastries and coffee options are fantastic! Service is always great and food is delicious. Highly recommend if you're just passing through Hartford or looking for a different option for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It was disappointing morning for me. I never have the extra time to swing by during the week, so I decided to stop today only to find there was no one there. They happen to have some of the best coffee and coffee drinks in the area. I appreciate that the owner always does what he can to try to fix any issues. His customer service is top of the line.
