While driving past Central Valley Golf Course, a golf ball from their driving range struck my windshield, shattering it and scattering glass throughout my car. If I had been driving a convertible, a motorcycle without a helmet, or even just riding a bicycle or walking, the ball could have struck me directly in the head. Staff acknowledged that this has happened “from time to time,” and there are other public reviews reporting similar incidents.
