Every single time I come to this pool, it’s closed. My family spent over $1,000 on their over priced memberships just for them to be closed all four times we decided to go. Our commute to this pool is 25 minutes, which is extremely annoying especially after a long day at work. Today, the reason for their closing was that someone was unconscious. I thought that it was the lifeguards jobs to save the person, get them out, and remain open. Zero notification on the website saying it was closed. It is so disappointing that I wasted my money on a place that’s never open. Huge scam. On top of this the pool lets nonmembers in for a $30 fee at 1 pm every single day. It is insanely overcrowded, and barely enjoyable. You can’t find anywhere to sit let alone enjoy the pool without bumping into someone...
Read moreI came here to celebrate my kiddos birthday, he is on the spectrum let me just say the staff is rude, the life guards rude. I let her know my son was on the spectrum so he wasn’t understanding what she was trying to say after she yelled at my son , she then told me “um and?” When I told her he’s on the spectrum. I usually come here but never again. She then proceeded to gossip to the life guards about me and my child. Later on, my mother went to take my son to the pool and he was going to go down the slide the life guards didn’t see my mom just my son, they began to make fun of my child! My mom confronted them and still laughed in her face about my child. So disappointed with this place and how unkind they are to children on...
