WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER WITNESSED!! 3 trips there and 7 hours later no nails!! I made my 1st apt for Tuesday 10:30, waited 2 hours, owner didn’t show up till 11:45!!! I watched 3 other girls leave! This business has their hours posted on the door it says 10-6!!! The second time I tried was later that day when she called said she forgot our apt and asked me to come back. I get there only to be turned away saying she didn’t have enough time so she made another apt for me on Friday at 11:30. I sat there for 1.5 hours soaking my nails off, then 30 mins in another chair! Again waiting 2 hours after our apt time!!! By the time she got to me I only had 40 mins to be in carline to get my kids from school! I wanted to love this place so bad because a friend of mine suggested her but after being treated as if my time wasn’t important I won’t be back!!! If you’ve got ALL DAY to sit there to get your nails done then by all means this is your place!!! But if you don’t have all day to wait then I suggest you look elsewhere cause this place is slower than your local McDonald’s...

There where two women doing nails and two women getting they're nails done. We were the only ones waiting. After an hour one finished and lady who walked in less then 10 minutes before she finished walked, sat down without even acknowledging us.
