Rent-A-Center — Local services in Hattiesburg

Ok... I never do this but I will today. We got a TV and entertainment center from them. TV arrived perfectly fine... but the entertainment center was broken and I dont mean like nicked I mean it looked like it fell of the truck and tumbled down the highway. So we refused to take it as they promised to order a new one... promise it would be there the next week... 3 weeks later we are still fighting to get it was told it would be here today I had someone there all day to receive it and still not here... when I call about it there is no care half of them have no clue what's going on. Wouldn't rent to me because their distance limit is 30 miles. I told them that the GPS to my house is incorrect and that sitting in my living room to their store is 29.4 miles. He said it's showing 32 miles. Really...you can't rent to me because a computer told you that my house was 2 miles outside of your range (even though it isn't)? 2 miles? To whom this may concern On Tue, Jan 10, 2023, 8:11 AM Rent-A-Center told me I was approved for 1000.00 in credit also free delivery and even told me since i I was over my 1000.00 limit I should try the bundle deal. Yeah , I was hopeful. But when I call and spoke to the white lady which was a manager. I was told I was not fit for the bundle and if I even wanted to be qualified to get one item I would need to pay a month in advance.
