Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Hattiesburg

I would leave negative stars if possible! This sonic is the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been too in my entire life by far! They're product and employees need much improvement to say the least. I have given them several chances to change my mind but total failure time after time. I literally just left from ordering a chocolate milkshake and they brought out this Luke warm foam.. it was terrible. On 2 other separate occasions I have pulled to the drive thru and sat there for 30 minutes and no one ever came over the intercom to ask for my order so I just left.. The one other time I managed to get service I waited for 40 minutes.. I like to do something alil extra for someone I don't know to help them have a good day and I chose my car hop so I gave him a $27 tip.. the ones on top well instead of him being happy about it he acted as if I had made a mistake and tried to get away from there as fast as he could leaving me so disappointed even more in people... . Sonic on Hwy 49 needs improvement. The customer service sucks as well as the food. This takes the cake ....tonight I went after work and wanted a cherry coke. I placed my order from the stall 20 and I had asked.... not knowing it was no longer happy hour. The manager asked me who I was and I responded that I was the customer. I went to my Sonic app and ordered from their and my total was totally different from the stall price $3.62 vs $1.80. The carhop brought my drink and when I reviewed my order. I called back and the carhop answered my call. I mentioned my order was not correct and the manager came outside and asked me what was wrong. I showed him the drink was indeed coke but I ordered and paid for a cherry coke. He went back inside and the carhop gave me a large cup of cherry 🍒 juice. No ice, no coke and no cherries. Pulled up 14 minutes before they closed with the intentions of ordering a large glass of ice water and a bag of ice. The screen was lit the lights were on after we pushed the button to order and even said someone will be with you shortly you may track your order here. Although there were four employees walking around in plain sight all the lights are on and we watch two orders being brought out two cars that were there when we pulled up. We were completely ignored. from the second order was being brought out I tried to get the car hops attention again we were ignored. The whole time the screen kept saying someone will be with you shortly keep track of your order here.... We sat there for 14 minutes until they shut out the lights needless to say we pulled away with nothing but frustration. I called the next day to speak to a manager and was told we may want to arrive sooner 1014 minutes till closing. I can guarantee we will not do that again because I will not be pulling into that restaurant...
