Rude people and attitude problems. DoorDash for a living and was waiting there for 10 minutes and another dasher was also waiting and that person asked about the DoorDash order and she told that person to GET IN LINE. Went ahead and unassigned the order. Y'all shouldn’t have DoorDash at your place if you aren’t going to have the orders ready when dashers show up and make them GET IN LINE. We ain't ordering food from y’all so we shouldn’t have to wait in line you should have it ready. Don’t mess with peoples jobs.WE ARE ALSO WORKING HELLO? glad we left and didn’t wait to deal with that foul attitude. that was enough to see after waiting 10 minutes to know I wanted the order to be unassigned because we also get dinged and have to dispute every time a place makes us wait so long for someones food and the customers that order from their won’t be happy either. shouldn’t even have DoorDash at your place if you are going to act like that and treat people that way. Disgusting and disgraceful to...
Read moreDo not let the reviews fool you. This is one of the worse locations in Hattiesburg. The wait time is ridiculous, and if you order online for pick-up, they force you to go through the drive-thru. Their lobby was open for about a month then they started being lazy again, closing it so all orders take 20-30 minutes. The wait times wouldn’t be that bad if they had better manners. Every employee at this establishment from cashier to manager have terrible attitudes when dealing with customers. They are slow and rude, two terrible qualities to have in a business. Honestly, these workers deserve $7.25 an hour, and the managers shouldn’t make more than $9 with how they treat customers.
It’s amazing how places like this stay in business, but it just goes to show terrible service isn’t a deal breaker nowadays.
P.S. Popeyes Corporate. I’ve read terrible reviews at multiple locations. Your management needs work, but it’s hard to believe you all don’t...
Read moreY’all ain’t ready for this. Can I tell you I waited 30 minutes for Popeyes. The line was 20+ cars deep and wrapped around the building. There were so many people that we had to leave two openings for cars to exit the drive-thru line. BUT 30 minutes is exactly what I would expect for going to a highly populated and accessible Popeyes at peak hours. Despite the wait, the employee that took my order was gracious and patient. She wasn’t frazzled that there were 20+ other families that needed her attention, as well. The cashier that took my payment and gave me my food was so kind and efficient. I witnessed the happiness of the crew from behind the window. They actually looked like they enjoyed being there. And can I tell you, they did not skimp on the food!!! It was HOT and FRESH. I left there content and full! I have mixed experiences with Popeyes, but this one was worth writing a...
