I give all the workers 5 stars for always being friendly, professional and hardworking,alot of the staff goes above n beyond the help all that come there daily,thank you But I was there yesterday to get a air guage they were out. it was a little hot the workers told me the A/C has been broken five years ago,seems to me that ACE HARDWARE is a big corporation with location's all over,we all know that alot of people lost their jobs and sadly some people lost more in the past two years.with that being said alot of these big hardware stores made record profits but they have no money to fix the a/c for the workers, customers etc.its sad to see how little these big companies like home Depot, Ace hardware, United airlines, Hawaiian airlines, Hawaiian TEL com.get bailed out left n right by all taxpayers money,I bet all CEO s have never missed a raise or bonus ,while all us little guys on the bottom keep suffering .I think it's time we put all these kind of big companies on blast,if you have a 808 business then you should pay for a 808 call center ,where the people answering the phones actually know about the place your calling.lets all start a revolution keep complaining to companies till they do right by the...

It's about the people, not the product. With all the new faces around, it's nice to see some familiar ones. Still the best choice of all the options available. Friendlier employees than the Keeau location. Just like that store, this appt was understocked. I went in for some "real"window locks & the only thing they could offer were these bogus little 1 screw on the frame deals that anyone can still easily push/slide of or in the case I'm attempting to break,lift the windows off track. I asked for something more sturdy & was told I could order them and wait 2-4 weeks. This translate to 4-6weeks,but the NON retail public isn't supposed to know that INFO.
