Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Hawaii

Just tried to get a heart shaped pizza delivered to my house in Hawaiian Beaches. . 15 min away from Pahoa. I waited months for the pahoa location to open. Just so i could get delivery FINALLY . I called to place my order. I was super super excited! It was for valentines day for my daughter and I. And they tell me that my address is not a deliverable adress. That they only go down to honu street. I'm extremely disappointed. And i really hope that this changes. And changes soon. I will gladly change my review when this changes. There's absolutely NO REASON that the ENTIRE neighborhood can't recieve delivery. I just don't get it. I can't wait to try the Detroit style pizza with the sauce on the top! Im driving to pahoa tonight before 10 pm to try it. Puna doesn't even have door dash.! Grub hub. Uber eats. NOTHING to deliver food! My father is imobile. There's sooo many people who are elderly. Disabled. Can't cook. Ect. That desperately need food delivery in puna ... WHEN IT Does FINALLY COME. is going to be a game changer for so many people in need of pre made meals that CAN be delivered to their front door. The bus goes past my house! Why can't we get food delivery where we live. I don't think its fair at all. At least let people have an option to pay extra if the location is too far for the delivery person. Its just not fair. Like i said. I really really hope this was a mistake. If not a mistake. I really hope they change this! I live in the loop near the hawaiian beaches park. I love having this new Pizza Hut in the Puna Kai Shopping Center in Pahoa! The staff are really great, friendly and professional and so helpful. And they never make fun of my topping combinations. It's fantastic to have them right in town and it's an easy call or online order and even in this covid era and six fit spacing etc the pizza is always perfect and ready on time. One heads up though, with the great deals available now, if you decide to take advantage of the $9.99 Big New Yorker, it doesn't come in thin and crispy crust, also, they're good about asking if you want napkins but remember to ask if you don't see them with your order. No real customer service. I’ve ordered curbside a few times. Employees are always to busy not working, to realize they have a job to do.

My most recent visit, we checked in with the clerk at the desk. I gave her my nam, which the order was under. She helped us put in our order. This order was subsequently incorrect, and the employee simply said there was nothing she could do about it.
