I got a postcard in the mail with an ad for Christmas Brothers and called to inquire about prices. I found there prices reasonable and I went ahead and got a roof line of white lights installed. I was blown away with how it transformed our small house and how nice it looked. I was also so impressed by the professionalism of the installers that came so much that we called them back and had them wrap our trees and hedges with lights as well. Geno was the main installer both times they came and he was fantastic. I could not find a power source and he quickly identified one and made sure to hide it well. Christmas Brothers should be the gold standard for how to run a home services business. Excellent responsiveness. They offered us an earlier install when they had another install cancel, and came exactly when they said they would. They worked quickly, and did an excellent job. They use modern communication methods (email and text) in addition to being available via phone. And even when they missed one little thing during our install (connecting a couple lighted wreaths to power), they came back the following day to fix it. Overall, the experience so far has been flawless. We haven't had lights removed yet, but I don't expect issues based on the service experience...
