I needed to get my Apple watch links adjusted as the new ones I bought seemed harder to do on my own. The store is in the left corner of the plaza next to Northgate market! This store is ran by a Korean elderly couple and so I was able to talk to them in Korean as I recognized it when they spoke between themselves. The store seems neat and has a good array of jewelry and watches for you to browse! The service was quick and they adjusted it well for me within 10 min! The price was fair for what they did since the older man seemed to be working on another watch repair when I came in. They prioritized my quick adjustment and let me go on my way. They are not honest people. I brought my broken bracelet in to get repaired and they replaced the original chain with something way thinner, they should have just left the original chain and welded it back together but instead they removed the original chain and replaced it with something thinner, and cheaper. It was also way longer to where now, it falls off my wrist! When I went back to address the issue after trying it on at home they told me to call the police! I will never ever recommend anyone to ever come here. They have zero integrity and will rip you off.I will be reporting this business to the Better...

I have a wedding band that is lined with tiny diamonds and emeralds. I had lost a couple of emeralds from the setting before and the repair (from another shop) was very expensive. Jewelry & Repair gave me a very reasonable quote up front. I left it for repair and after a few days they contacted me saying that getting the correct stones was delayed a bit. When it was finished about 4 days later they texted me to come and pick it up. They did a beautiful job, stuck to the quoted price and while they are not proficient in English, they are excellent craftsmen. I recommend...
