I recently had a very disappointing experience with Popeyes. I placed an order through Ubereats, but to my dismay, my order was given to someone other than my assigned Ubereats driver. However, I was met with refusal and a lack of willingness to rectify the situation.

Anyway, the cashier whom i didnt get a name of(reciept says Maritza) takes my order and since i asked to replace the tots with fries she asks the manager and cooks, even after they all said it ok she made a big deal about how nobody told her we can do that.
