Walgreens — Local services in Hawthorne

The store itself is fine, the pharmacy is ridiculous. Pharmacist wouldn’t fill my prescription even though we gave him all the information requested. He didn’t call me to tell me he wasn’t going to fill it. It kept saying “in process” on the app. A few days before I was supposed to leave on vacation I called to see what was going on. Couldn’t speak to anyone. I went in to pick it up and said he needed certain information. We gave it to him. He said he still couldn’t fill it. I asked what piece of information would he need to fill it. He said “I would need to go to a different doctor”. WHATTTTTT?!?!???

Another situation was I am on two medications for the same issue (thyroid) and he questioned why I would need both. He didn’t want to give me both of them. One treats T3 and the other T4. He couldn’t seem to understand that.

If the pharmacist wanted to be a doctor he should have gone to school for that....

This is the worst establishment i’ve ever been to in my life don’t even get me started with the MAIN MANAGER “KELLY” That man does not work a day in his life and is always demanding people to do things on night shift days I usually walk in and the Night shift crew is always speaking about him I go in every tuesday night and hear the same things being talked and sometimes fridays. Worst experience with this pharmacist. I came in with an issue regarding my insurance, and instead of helping me resolve it, he made excuse after excuse. Last week he claimed he was "too busy" to call the insurance company, and today he said he couldn’t help because it was "time for lunch."
