The store itself is fine, the pharmacy is ridiculous. Pharmacist wouldnât fill my prescription even though we gave him all the information requested. He didnât call me to tell me he wasnât going to fill it. It kept saying âin processâ on the app. A few days before I was supposed to leave on vacation I called to see what was going on. Couldnât speak to anyone. I went in to pick it up and said he needed certain information. We gave it to him. He said he still couldnât fill it. I asked what piece of information would he need to fill it. He said âI would need to go to a different doctorâ. WHATTTTTT?!?!???
Another situation was I am on two medications for the same issue (thyroid) and he questioned why I would need both. He didnât want to give me both of them. One treats T3 and the other T4. He couldnât seem to understand that.
If the pharmacist wanted to be a doctor he should have gone to school for that....
