Walgreens — Local services in Hays

This is the worst pharmacy. They are rude and the wait time is unreal. They will notify you through the app and email saying your prescriptions are ready then when you get there they act like it's your fault they aren't and they have no clue on what to tell you. They are completely unapologetic. And don't bother scheduling a vaccine there. I work third shift and scheduled in the morning. When I arrived they said it would be an hour because it had to "thaw out". The girl behind the counter just shrugged. Nevermind that I was waiting for my appointment to be done so I could get to bed, customers are obviously not important to them. I will be honestly warning all my friends and family to steer clear of Walgreens! And it's a shame to because the staff in the front of the store are polite, friendly and helpful for...

I recently had a covid 19 test done on a monday that i needed back by thursday for a out of state surgery on friday. The lady assured me it would be sent out that monday and be back in 48 hours, way in time for the surgery. Here it is, wensday evening and no results. I called and another girl said "oh it was sent out today so it will take 2 days". I told her thats not what the lady told me monday. And if i didnt have my results thursday, i will loose my surgery and my 6200.00 and the girl said" oh well i dont know what else to say"...thanks walgreens of hays kansas...yall just cost me to loose...

Constantly have problems with this pharmacy. I've gotten prescriptions that are missing doses and when I say something they don't do anything to help fix it I will also submit a refill request that is already doctor authorized two days before I will be in to pick it up. Get there to pick it up and they still don't have it ready. I get informed that they're still working on it but both the walgreens app and their text service advised me the day before that it was already ready to be picked up.
