Ok, where do I start? Let start off with walking in. Stood at the front for a long time and no one would seat us. They were busy so I get that. Must have been Simply understaffed with lackluster managment. We sit down at a table made up by two tables made up from two tables that did not match n heights. We ordered our drinks. 10 min latter waiter showed up with water. 10 min latter with our drinks. Even latter with an onion ap we ordered. It was a greasy mess that had no crisp and a tiny bit of ranch in a cup. Okay it's busy and the managment don't have a clue. I get it. We order a simple meal of a bratwurst. Was not that cheap. A HOUR latter it arrived. No surprise as the table next to us was told the kitchen lost their ticket and it would be another 20 min. Okay. Here is where it get interesting. The brat was a Johnsonville brat size Weiner on a grocery store bun. Except that it had no flavor. With a little rough cut tasteless cabbage on it. Some kind of hot sauce on the bun. Tasted like tapatio. No side whatsoever. We looked at and laughed. We ate like good patrons knowing we would have to get something for latter. My wife ordered a wine and it took 20 min to deliver it to the table with only two People now at bar. This was now comical. We have ate at the steakhouse down the road and was really happy. This place was not even the swing that makes a miss. Do yourself a favor and just don't. This place...

We moved here about a year ago, and I'm actually mad our friends had not yet recommended TRIO to us. We went tonight for the first time, and we loved everything about it.
Most other places have one or two things going for them, but TRIO has it all. Great drinks and Bartenders, my wife wanted drinks off the menu and not only did they happily make them, they made recommendations for new drinks to try that were better than what she had wanted!
And the food. Best we've had in town. The Nachos were unbelievably good. My wife got the pasta, it was amazing, I got the fish tacos and they were SOOOO good, reminded me of the great fish tacos I got in California a few years back.
And to top it off, the service was fabulous. We didn't want to sit at a table that was available when we got there, so they cleared another table people had just left and got us seated at it quickly. Then the Waiter, Jack, went out of his way to make sure everything we wanted was perfect. Making some special requests was not a problem at all, and he would ask for alternatives in case the cooks couldn't make it happen. He was helpful, thoughtful, and energetic. That's the trifecta of great service.
I honestly can't say enough about this restaurant. If you haven't tried it yet, you...
Read moreMy fiancĂ© took me to TRIO Tap House for our night out for my birthday dinner back in December. We got the Taphouse Beer Queso and chips as a starter.. DELICIOUS! I had to stop myself from eating them to save room for my main course. As my main course, I got the 14 oz. Dry-aged Prime Ribeye, which came with a side house salad, garlic bread, asparagus and a loaded baked potato. My ribeye was mouthwatering! The side salad was good. I passed the garlic bread onto my fiancĂ© as I didnât want/need the extra filler. The baked potato and the asparagus were not to my liking. The baked potato seemed to have been previously microwaved or had been sitting under the warmer for a bit before being served to me. As far as the asparagus, if you are not expecting or wanting sweet asparagus, I do not recommend. It wasnât how I have ever had asparagus cooked, I wasnât expecting the sweetness and I wasnât too fond of it. Overall, it was a good experience and we will be back, I will just choose different side options the next...
