I truly had a 5 star experience at Bommarito Nissan of Hazelwood while purchasing my new car. Car shopping is not my favorite thing to do, but my Sales person, Matt Gonzalez made the entire experience easy and low pressure. Matt Gonzalez is top notch, very professional and has great attention to detail. Remembers the little things about you and is all about relationship building and getting you what you really want. I truly felt like he cared about helping me and didn't want to just get a quick sale in the books. He took the time to show me videos on my car features and even sat in the car with me going over different buttons, Bluetooth, and making sure I was comfortable in the car. Matt will give you his full attention, tells amazing stories, and is quite funny which allowed me to get to know him better too. Matt even took me back to the Service part of the dealership so I knew where to come for oil changes or any work that may need to be done on the car. Just super impressed and wowed at Matt and this dealership. I had met many sales people along the way and Matt really stood out and made me want to come back to Bommarito Nissan to give them my business. My Financing manager was great as well and made the process smooth. I want to thank Matt personally along with the Bommarito Nissan of Hazelwood team and family.

I found myself finally looking to trade in my vehicle and was so overwhelmed at all the options available. Aaron was our sales consultant and he went above and beyond to show me options in my price range and never tried to push me. He worked to get options in my price range and made sure to get me in a car I liked. Kyle in financing was so thorough in every step of the way. He answered every question I had in a way I understood. After the purchase was complete, Aaron put on my temp plates and explained all the features of the car before I left. It’s clear to see these staff members are true to their companies values—they want to ensure every customer has an overwhelmingly positive experience. I ended up coming home with a Nissan Rogue Sport and I’m over the moon. Thank you again Aaron & Kyle—you have a customer for life at Bommarito Nissan Hazelwood!!

The new “ policy” set in place by the new service manager Steve made my experience less than desirable. I get a call on Thursday 12/19/24 10:55 am from my service provider telling me that I need to pay for my bill in full before they could start work, keep in mind my appointment was scheduled for 8:30 am. I scheduled this appointment Tuesday for a night drop on Wednesday. If this is “policy” this should’ve been explained when I scheduled Tuesday and discussed my bill or even on Wednesday when I confirmed my appointment not two hours into my appointment. Not everyone has a desk job with access to their financials. Furthermore, I was genuinely confused because my sister just had her vehicle serviced the previous week and this was not “policy” we paid after services were rendered like we normally do at this establishment. Asserting that patrons can’t pay for their service and are going to abandon their vehicles due actions of others is insulting. I understand you all reserve the right to run your business how you want and need to protect your assets but be mindful of customer experience. If this is “policy” make sure everyone is on one accord from the person scheduling appointments to the person providing service. Put up some signs and let your customers know about “polices” before hand to avoid confusion. I’ve asked several people if they ever had to pay 100% service up front on a car repair. Guess what ? Unanimously no. Steve trying to explain this “policy” then has the nerve to compare apples to oranges saying that if “I know anything about home renovations that most people require full payment upfront”. Funny thing is, I’ve hired electricians, painters, and HVAC contractors over the past year and not one has required 100% payment before services were rendered. I see no problem paying for a deposit to give you all a sense of security and clearly no issue with paying for my bill, as you all were paid. Steve’s arrogance and condescending tone on the phone made me want to take my business elsewhere the day, convenience made the sale.

Update …….. To be clear a 100% payment was requested upfront not a just deposit because other customers couldn’t pay their bill and had abandoned their cars. You stated “what’s the difference if you pay for something before or after”. You know the situation was indeed as I described, even your service associate stated that your “policy”needs to be ironed out. It shouldn’t matter if my car a is 2013 or was the first car on wheels. I brought it to you all for a service with the full intention of having it serviced as you see. Steve, hopefully in the new year you fully understand the definitions of empathy, friendliness, and...

I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the outstanding service I received at Bommarito Nissan in Hazelwood. Every single member of the team made my entire car-buying process seamless, and I am truly appreciative of their hard work and dedication.

Tim Norman (Sales Consultant): Tim Norman was absolutely fantastic from the moment I stepped onto the lot. His knowledge of the vehicles was beyond exceptional, and he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Tim ensured I was informed every step of the way, and his no-pressure approach made me feel comfortable throughout the process. It’s clear that Tim is passionate about what he does. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales consultant! I have never been more impressed with someone's knowledge of so many different vehicles, his patience and kindness were very appreciated.

Joe (Finance): Joe in the finance department was so kind and communicative. He kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, ensuring that everything was moving along smoothly. He worked quickly and efficiently to make sure I was able to get everything squared away in no time. Joe’s patience and willingness to answer all my questions made a huge difference in making the entire experience feel effortless.

Rob (Finance Manager): Rob, the finance manager, was another standout. Not only was he extremely professional, but he was also just a genuinely nice person. He made sure I fully understood all the details of the financing process and worked with me to find the best possible solution. I truly appreciated the time he took to make sure I felt comfortable with every decision.

Overall Experience: Every gentleman I interacted with at Bommarito Nissan in Hazelwood was a pleasure to work with. They made sure my entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. The level of service I received at Bommarito was incomparable to my previous experience at another Nissan dealership in St. Charles. The staff at Bommarito went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience possible, and it made all the difference.

I’ve been raving about the amazing team at Bommarito ever since my visit, and I’m so happy to have found such a wonderful dealership to begin a long-term relationship with. Hello everybody today I bought my first vehicle and I must say it was the most wonderful experience I have ever had. My dealer's name was Chris Cole worthy and he was amazing from my very first phone call to walking through the door all the way through he locked me step by step and not once did I ever feel like he was trying to take advantage or not get me my value for my money he worked very hard with me I am a low income person who cannot afford much and yet he still got me into a vehicle that I absolutely love I honestly didn't believe car dealerships like this we're still in existence this dealership will truly be honest with you and give you the best for what you have they worked very hard for me. They even drove me to the bank to help me make sure that I didn't have to take out more money than needed most places would have been happily willingly to take my money I was very shocked about this I can't speak enough about this place once again Chris Cole worthy and his top manager Dan who is amazing as well there are just no words for how wonderful they treated me I truly felt like I had a new family when I left the door I hope you get the same great experience that I did in fact I know you will....❤️❤️🙏😂 I truly was in a major jam I needed a car right away and yet they did not force me into anything I just can't speak enough about...
