My experience with the staff at Bommarito Toyota has been nothing short of fantastic. After getting the absolute run around at another dealer I contacted Bommarito Toyota in my search for a very specifically optioned and colored 2025 Sienna and thank god I did.
I can't say enough good things about Cody Pavish. He completely transformed my awful months long ordeal trying to find the exact Sienna I wanted from a feeling of dread to one of joy.
Whatever they're paying him, it's not enough!!
Cody worked diligently with me to find exactly the Sienna I was looking for and I had the keys within weeks AT MSRP, which if you know the market for the Sienna should be very impressive in and of it's self.
Once the car arrived, my purchasing experience was second to none. Cody and his team turned the post delivery inspection around within a day and once I got to the dealership to pick up my Sienna the exquisite level of service continued.
I never felt pressured, everything was explained fully and all of my questions were answered in a way I could easily understand. Cody made sure I knew the ins and outs of all the bells and whistles of my new car and was awesome to talk to besides.
Then, dun dun dunnnn, he handed me off to the dreaded finance guy. Having sat in those rooms before I was ready for the whole song and dance. Extended warranty this, wheel coverage that, the hemming, the hawing, I was ready for the showdown.
I got myself psyched up for nothing. Keeping up the trend at Bommarito Toyota, Paul Pittman in finance was absolutely amazing to work with!
He offered an extended warranty, sure, but he was not pushy in the slightest and was completely respectful and helpful (not the typical finance room fear mongering) when I explained my plans for warranty coverage elsewhere. Though I will say that what he offered was totally reasonable and seemed like a great deal.
I have no hesitation in saying that Paul Pittman is the best dealership finance guy I've ever had the pleasure to work with.
He only offered what made sense for my exact situation and when I asked about things I was considering he explained that while, sure, he'd sell it to me, that in my particular situation it wouldn't make much sense. After a great conversation I walked out with no add-ons and zero guilt. Not to mention that he got me financed at an EXTREMELY competitive rate.
A final handshake with Cody and I was speeding away in exactly the Sienna I wanted at an excellent price, with unbeatable service, and the feeling that I'd stumbled upon the best Toyota dealership and especially the best sales guy (Cody Pavish) & finance guy (Paul Pittman) in the country. Seriously, give these guys a raise. Whatever they're being paid, it's...
Read moreThank you for the lemon of a chevy cruz. Was promised they don't sell junk. Was lied to about getting a turbo warranty sold separately. They were really pushing hard for me to get a $40,000+ vehicle which now I can assume is because you all knew it was junk. Best be sure they would give me a stupid warranty for tires but not a turbo? Thanks for the lies, Aaron. This was just as bad if not worse than a scam buy here pay here lot. Thanks for never returning the phone calls. Thanks for the timing case leak. Thanks for lying about it being checked through your "legit" mechanic and hosing down the inside so it looked clean and hiding those oil leaks well. Thanks for being fakes. Thanks for taking advantage of someone that didn't have $11,000 for a rip off and somehow pulled it together and now I'm locked in a loan. Thanks to the owner who owns this trash. Thanks for it all. Really thank you. I will be sure to never stop in again. Could have bought me dinner before screwing me over. Really truly thank you for the eye opener. I've had this car for not even 6 months and it's been soooooooooooooooooo fun. Car salesmen have no soul.
Update: so I was just going to leave this alone because you shady people really don't deserve my time but nah let's let the world know how bad you all really are. So you said to give you a call to make this right? How can I call you if you played dodge my phone calls for weeks before I even got to the point of making a bad review. You just want to look good on here. You aint slick. You can't make it right. Aaron really kept pushing for me to get a different car and all I can think is maybe he has a tiny microscopic piece of a soul because I bet he couldn't disclose the bad cars you sell and he couldn't out right tell me it was bad. So let us continue. So first off you guys said it had a low tire and didn't tell me it had a nasty hole in it. Then before I leave you proceed to grossly over fill the WRONG tire. It's amazing I made it back to Illinois without an exploded tire. You kept repeating how the inside was pressure washed for a "legit Missouri inspection." But you were just hiding all the oil leaks. You say you stand behind your vehicles, but I think you are all a bunch of scam artists that have no soul. I wouldn't even buy a pencil from you. I don't know how any of you can sleep at night. Thanks for screwing me over. I hope you get what you deserve in...
Read moreIf life throws an unexpected curve ball at you when you're not in the market for a vehicle, especially financially, I hope you find yourself sitting at Micah Bond's desk.
I walked in to Bommarito Toyota expecting the worst, specifically asking for someone who works with less than ideal financial situations. From the moment I sat down at Micah's desk to start figuring out numbers, there was nothing but reassurance on his part. And not the stereotypical carsales man reassurance that one may think of, but the sincere reassurance of "We're going to get this done." He handed me his card with his direct cell number to call him when I was ready. I walked out feeling overwhelmed, still with lingering thought of, "Yeah, right."
After a few weeks of having life slightly more figured out, I texted him to let him know I was ready. It was a Thursday around closing time. I gave him my hard stops- how much I can spent total, monthly payments, and what I was looking to purchase (the wants and needs). Friday AM, he had car options and financing in the works, still with that same upbeat reassurance that I was introduced to on day 1.
Micah not only found me a vehicle within my absolute hard stops, but something that included way more than I would ever imagine being able to afford in my situation. It was a diamond in the rough in this used-car market.
While the legalities were being figured out, Micah sent me on my way with a loaner car (expecting the titling process to take several business days) and that continued reassurance. Monday, early PM, I received a phone call that my (new to me) car was ready!
If you find yourself in a situation where you think getting a nice, reliable vehicle is out of reach, go see Micah Bond!
Micah made the process stream-lined, fast (considering today's market and my (lack of) finances and credit) and DO ABLE, while maintaining that same reassured 'Positive Polly' attitude when I had nothing but doubt.
Overall, Micah exemplifies what a car salesman should be: knowledgeable, customer-focused, and trustworthy. He's a true asset to the dealership and made my car-buying experience truly memorable.
So, if you're in the market for a vehicle, willingly or unexpectedly, I HIGHLY suggest visiting Micah. He is real, down to earth, upbeat, and judgement free.
Again, thank you, Micah Bond! Service with a smile...
