Hebron Ace Hardware — Local services in Hebron

I recently decided to purchase a Stihl backpack blower to take care of leaves and pine cones in two locations. I couldn't find the item locally and after searching found that Hebron Ace Hardware did offer it, however, there were none in stock. I talked to the store manager (Ryan) and explained what I was looking for and needed it before going to an out-of-state location at the end-of-the week. He said there were a few blowers on their way and should have them within a couple of days. The items kept being held up in shipping to the store, Ryan continued to reach out to the manufacturer with daily updates.

The item finally came in the day before I was set to leave. I rushed out to the store before they closed, and Ryan had it all put together for me. He also gave me a lesson on how to use it since it was my first backpack blower.

The people at Ace Hardware are great. Bought a Weber grill almost two years ago and was surprised that some of the parts had rusted out. They pulled up my order (rewards) and said they’d get replacements under the warranty. Got a call a week later to come in and pick them up. I just did the install today and my grill is like new just in time for Memorial Day weekend. This is just one example of 10-20 good experiences over the last year where they help me take care of my home with advice and tools and whatever. Glad to have such a good hardware...

A great local hardware store. Murph and the Gang always do a great job of getting you what you need. They are very helpful and nice.

The only reason I don't rate it five stars is that they are not big enough to have everything that Lowes and Home Depot have. They do a great job making up for that with service and a personal touch.
