Love this place and just about every employee but the big guy in overalls HAS TO GO. Chuck? He is ALWAYS super rude - has TERRIBLE customer service - dismissive, unhelpful and just down right awful vibes. You’re only as strong as your weakest link and he’s the worst employee at this place. I don’t understand how he is still there honestly. Have mentioned this before to staff & seems like everyone has the same bad experiences with him. Such a shame to let an otherwise GREAT shop - get a bad look because of one bad apple. Get the guy out of there already & get someone in his place who is actually happy to be there & happy to serve customers - with kindness and respect. Not a pleasant...

In all my travels, I've never come across a dispensary that straight up robbed me before.. The guy behind the counter charged me for 3 1gram cartridges and only put 2 of them in my bag. Im assuming while I had my back to him getting cash from the ATM.. Of course I didn't open my bag until I was 4 hours away at our campground. So he completely got away with it and the only thing I can do is leave a review in my defense and hope that it doesn't happen to anyone else.
