I've had some of the most terrible experiences at this location in the past based on the attitude and mental-state of the workers.
One time, I went in and stood there for 15 minutes at the front of the line, waiting while a poor guy was running back and forth trying to make multiple sandwiches for someone who ordered pickup and was at the drive through window ... while he's back and forth and apologizing to me for making me wait, I kept telling him "don't worry about it", I saw 2 women standing around doing nothing in the back, laughing to each other. When I told the guy when he was finally done "they should pay you twice what you get, since you're doing the work for 2 people", one of the ladies came out from the back and asked what I said, in a really rude and angry manner ... I told her and she flipped out ... then she asked me what was wrong with me and if I was having a bad day đ ... I told her "my day was going swell until I stood here for 15 minutes while you chatted with your friend back there ... can I please just order now?" She snidely says "oh isn't that too bad, well you can just wait longer" as there's a line behind me now, and everyone can hear her, she puts her hands on her hips and smiles. I said "seriously?!" and she responded "yes, you're going to be waiting a lot longer now" and just kept that same manic/insane/cow-staring-at-train look in her eye and didn't move or say anything else. I bet she wouldn't have even moved even if a fly landed on her eye. Creepy and rude person to have working with customers. Anyway, I left - but I've had a few other strange and poor experiences at this location...
   Read moreJust wow Iâve managed subway for years⌠I know for a fact after being treated like I just was there is no way the inspectors would tolerate it and let this store stay open, I ordered door dash, paid got half my food and then told by a manager they werenât responsible that itâs on door dash to see part of my menu filled, and that I would not be getting a refund or paid back anything so I will go file dispute with my bank David I worked for you as the owner of these stores I demand you do something about this this is absolutely insane to get this kind of customer service after being an employee of this company subway In general for 7 yearsâŚ. The manager hung up the phone on me as I was trying got explain Iâve managed these stores for years and there is no way this is how this is handled⌠get better managers what a child Iâve filed a dispute and you can deal with your bank Iâm done being ripped off by run of the name businesses⌠we own multiple store front sales businesses and I would fire an employee immediately for handling this like this...
   Read moreMy oh my props to the single young man that I have seen countless times now, alwyas working by himself behind the counter as well as keeping everything clean and running smoothly! Nice job young man. I dislike feeling inclined to leaving 4 stars though, food was made to perfection by the young man, and his service skills are impeccable! Tidy and fast while mainting that bond to each and every customer over what and how their sandwich is being made! But the 4 star review must be left becuase i feel this young man is being overworked running this whole restaurant most nights a week! My last star would return given he has some workload taken off his back with another employee working alongside him!
