Mr. Terry Simpson was so friendly. He took time to answer my questions and show me the many varieties of flowers he had available. After considering how much sunlight the flower would be exposed to, Mr. Simpson suggested this tropical beauty (pictured). He explained the shelf-life between farm-fresh eggs and store bought eggs. Jellies, local honey, fresh produce, pine straw, gorgeous flower baskets and more!!! I was so impressed with my visit, I'm going back again today!

Local family, locally grown vegetables, homemade jelly, jams & honey. Pumpkins, Christmas trees, and in the spring and summer, they have beautiful flowers, hibiscus, ferns, etc.. I knew Terry Simpson for 20+ years he always ran an honest business and treated you like family. Now his family has taken over after his passing and it’s still the same it’s just the next generation of farmers. Stop by one time and you’ll come back for many years. Good people & Good prices.

OPEN!!!!! Bright and airy! A great "roadside" store that's not small. Not so roadside (but very local), with many items like jellies, jams, fruits, and seasonal decorations. During the winter, they mainly just sell fire wood. They have Christmas trees in December. UPDATE: Still great! They have potted flowers! But they are going fast.

My wife stopped by one am and asked for 2 bushels of tomatoes. Clerk said to come back at 2:00pm and hed have them. Cost was $30 per bushel. We came back about 2:15 and he said they didn't have yet. Said to come back later. We came back around 5:30 and he said he only had one bushel. We still wanted and went to get the bushel, which turned out to be a box. Knowing that a bushel is 53 lbs, I told the clerk I didn't think it was a bushel. He insisted it was a bushel and proceeded to weigh them. They weighed 27 lbs. I tried to explain that what he was selling wasn't a bushel. He then got nasty and agreed it was a "box" of tomatoes. I still was ok to purchase when he and a co-worker told me to leave and they didnt want to deal with me. Clerk said he didn't want anyone telling him how to run his business. I wonder what the clerk would do if he wanted to purchase 10 gallons of gas but only got 5. And he questions the gas station attendant who told him it wasnt a gallon but really a glass full. I suggest that you know the weight of what you want to purchase if going here...

These guys are great. They are willing to tell you about the fruit and oroduce. They stand behind what they sell and replace it if you don't like it. Tomatoes were nice with a variety of types. The cantalope were some of the best. They were a little bit higher but with them guaranteeing it and the freshness it's worth the little extra you pay. I use the CBD oil for my broken back. They gave me free material to read on CBD oil and explained how it works. Knowledgeable folks. Talked about how the soil in the mountains make the peaches have a better taste. Talked about how when one crop rotates off the market they then buy another supply from a different place who has just come on the market. Great place....

The most amazing fall display I've seen yet! They have all types of pumpkins. Prices range from $1.00 & up depending on the color & size. The mums are absolutely gorgeous😍. Not to mention, they are very well cared for & porch/deck ready! I visit here periodically throughout the year & am always pleased with the variety of produce. They also have fresh/local jams/jellies/honey/popcorn, etc. The staff/family is always very helpful & kind. It's a little bit of a drive for us, but sooooooo...
