Found out about this shop last night, and visited this morning for a decaf coconut milk latte - and am so thankful there's another coffee shop in the area who serves coconut milk as one of thier non-dairy milks (plus, they use an unsweetened one - making this a HUGE plus!).
Being on a ketogenic based diet, and having a dairy protein sensitivity (but can have butter), I am always looking for places that offer options I can enjoy - and this is now one more on my list! Now, if there can be more gluten free & sugar free treats that are keto friendly (like almond or coconut flour based treats with allulose or stevia), this would make this coffee shop amazing for me! Because along with great coffee and service, the atmosphere is cozy, family friendly, and there is ample room for kids of all ages (even a little play area out back)! Plus, there are many outlets available for someone to come in with their laptop to do some work.
I highly recommend Psalms Coffee!...
Read moreI waited to at least try the coffee before coming on here. I’ve only been there twice, via drive thru. Both times I waited so long I could've just walked to Brakeman’s to get my coffee. I have worked in the hospitality and service industry so I always have grace and patience for employees but to lose a half tank of gas of ‘drive thru waiting’ for just regular black coffee is ridiculous. If the coffee was good I would’ve moved on and not came here but it’s atrocious. It’s basically tinted water. Motel 6 probably has better coffee. To make it better, I paid $5 for just black coffee. Giddy Goat or Brakeman’s doesn’t even do those prices. I’ll pay $5 for good black coffee but this? Na. I was actually excited about this place so it’s a huge let down. Service is terrible. Coffee is terrible. People are nice. Back to brakeman’s it is i guess. I’m never coming back here unless I’m a hour early to where i need to go or I want to start my day off with...
Read moreWent to Psalms today with my wife and baby. Such a pleasant Christian café! We enjoyed a latte, a frappuccino, and a Danish pastry. The coffee is flavorful and the baristas along with the owner are super friendly. The atmosphere inside is warm and nicely done, and there’s even a kids’ play area outside. Parking is easy with plenty of gravel spots plus a paved handicap space. My wife and I will definitely be back. They also sell Psalm-branded shirts and have a prayer wall where you can lift others up or share your own needs and blessings. And while you’re there, whether working or chatting, you’ll be surrounded by uplifting...
