I've been a customer of this location since they opened. I have rented and returned UHaul trucks, auto transports, and equipment for more than six rental instances (a lot of moves in the past few years for myself and to help friends). All Storage of Inspirada has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The facility itself is modern, impeccably clean, and feels exceptionally secure,everything you'd want when trusting a place with your belongings.

What truly sets this location apart is the incredible management team: Nikki and James. Nikki went above and beyond to ensure my evolving storage needs were met, proactively anticipating changes before I even had to ask. Her attentiveness and professionalism made the process seamless. James was equally exceptional, knowledgeable, approachable, and generous with his time. His expert advice on using the auto transport hauler saved me a great deal of stress and ensured I handled the equipment safely.

Customer service is clearly a top priority at All Storage of Inspirada, and it shows. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing storage...

I had rented a 10' truck and auto transporter for my move from Las Vegas to Chicago. I picked up the Uhaul and transporter on 6/28 and drove back to my apartment. As I was loading the Uhaul, I realized I didn't have enough room for everything so I called around looking for a bigger truck. None were available so we called James and Nikki I beleive her name is over at all storage on inspirada. They had a 5'x8' trailer available so we wanted to swap it for the auto transporter. They were awesome enough to make it happen but Uhaul wasn't going to refund us for the auto transporter that we didn't even use. James assured me that he would figure out a way to get a refund since we didn’t use the transporter.
