Rounders Volunteer — Restaurant in Henderson

So I stopped in here for the 1st time for a beer on March 9 at 1:57pm check # 10009. My 1st impression is, this place is very nice and clean and what a great place to watch a VGK game.  Although I didn't order anything from the menu it seems like it's just your typical bar food menu.  I order a Modelo on draft no lime and the beer was nice a cold.  Here is why they get 1 star.  When I buy something I want all my change back. My beer was $6.75.  I gave a $20 bill, and lf my math is correct, I'm due $13.25 back.  The bartender only  gives me $13.  Thinking the bartender accidentally shorted me 25 cents I questioned her.  Her response is "we don't have change here" and proceeds to look through every cabinet  for my change. Now I'm sure many of you reading this are like, it's only 25 cents. Well that minor 25 cents is almost 4% . I still left a $2.00 tip on a $6.75 tab. I'd rather them charge me $7 a beer than have a blatant disregard for giving me the correct change back. So I'll short them.on the stars even thought they probably...

I have been to this location a few times, once sitting in the restaurant for lunch and twice sitting at a table in the bar area. I have never gambled or sat at the bar here, so this review is only about the food and the waitstaff service.

First, we have enjoyed most everything ordered here. The food is good, and the difference in this menu vs. the menu at the other location is positive, in our opinion.

Second, we have had Caitlin as our server for the last two visits, and she is a phenomenal server! She has an attention to small details that you just don't usually find, in addition to being friendly and helpful!

Last, this location has a much better and more welcoming bar area, even for dining. Less smoke, ample TVs for viewing,...

We ordered the Greek salad, grilled chicken sandwich with pepper Jack cheese and French fries along with a side of chicken tenders to go. Let me start by saying that for bar food the meals were large and well prepared. The chicken for both the sandwich and salad was prepared perfectly, juicy and tender! The fries would have been slightly more crisp if they hadn't suffered from the condensation in the container with the sandwich. The chicken tenders were accompanied by the fire cracker BBQ sauce and ranch. Let's just say HAPPY 4TH OF JULY! They mean fire cracker for sure, flavorful and very spicy... sent me running for the iced cold angry orchard.
