Teriyaki Boy — Restaurant in Henderson

They have no hours posted outside, checked on 10/15, I drove here for an Uber Eats order and the doors were closed befoee 9pm. Saw last employee close lights and walk out after 9pm.

This establishment can not even update their business hours on delivery apps and Google maps, which is crazzzyyyy, do not fret tho Grand owner of teriyaki boy, I did that job for you.

I will personally not order from here again, as the food is meh, decent in a time crunch I guess, but I personally do not like their sauces, and they have soured me by wasting precious time/resources by making me miss out on an order, which is whatver, but I had to drive all the way over there to find out, which is unacceptable.

Please do better, I am trying not to dog on you too much, but you left me no choice.

I have eaten here around 6 times since they've opened btw, so I can speak on the food.

Ps, just save yourself some coins and go to Waba grill on st rose, they have accurate business hours posted, and their sauces taste better, the staff...

Had to drop a review after today! We had placed an online order through Toast for pickup and after getting our food, we noticed our steak was very chewy.. We kept trying to eat some more pieces but it just was just a little too much. (I figured it overcooked from sitting in its own heat under another hot bowl that we ordered) Regardless, our steak from here has always been pretty tender, the portions always very big, and my orders were always done really fast. I decided to call and let them know in case it may not be from the overcooking but a product issue? They gladly replaced it even though I wasn't able to come by until after work. They reassured me that that wasn't what their quality stood for and even recognized me as soon as I walked through the door and got to preparing my food immediately. This dining experience left a lot to be desired. From the moment I sat down, the service felt rushed—the staff barely gave me a second to glance at the menu before asking for my order. I felt pressured to order immediately without a chance to really consider my options.

Unfortunately, the food didn’t redeem the experience. The protein was overcooked and completely lacking in flavor—dry, tough, and unseasoned. The vegetables were undercooked and hard, closer to raw than anything enjoyable. The rice was equally disappointing: dry, bland, and clearly not fresh.

To top it off, the sauce was overly thick, almost syrupy, with a consistency closer to molasses. It overwhelmed the dish rather than enhancing it.

Given the price, I expected far better. There are definitely more satisfying and better-value options elsewhere. This one won’t be getting a...
