The food is pretty decent, no issues there. My issue happened about a week prior to this review. I ordered asada fries, and I thought the lady taking the order understood what I said. I've ordered it a number of times there with no problems, but when I got to the window, the lady taking the order repeated, "a side of fries," which I thought she was saying, "asada fries." Both sound similar when pronounced, especially when one person has an accent. When I realized that it wasn't what I ordered, the woman who took the order got an attitude and sharply said, "I repeated it to you," letting me know that it wasn't her fault, it was mine. It was a miscommunication, but she acted really upset and rude about it. That's really bad customer service. I remained calm, and she also asked me didn't I notice the price difference? She stated the price, but I couldn't understand what she said, and I didn't think that anything else on the menu sounded like what I ordered. I think that people whose first language isn't English don't realize that they pronounce their words with an accent. Besides, why would I go to a drive-thru and order a "side of fries?" To ask for a "side" of anything implies that you've ordered something else, and you want that item as an addition to your order. If I wanted to order fries only, I would have asked for "an order of fries, " not a "side of fries." I didn't have a problem with the miscommunication, and I remained very polite throughout the entire transaction, but she was clearly upset, and she made sure to let me know it, which again, is bad customer service. The three star are for...
Read moreDO NOT GO HERE. I work right down the street so as someone who loves Mexican food it was so convenient. However there is a reason I’m giving it such awful ratings. Every single time my order is wrong. I’ve ordered all sorts of things and the only thing that’s right was their bean burritos and drinks. All the food is so bland, I’d get their sauce but when I go to a Mexican place I’d like fresh sauce, not packaged stuff (maybe I’m just super picky, idk). On top of bland, I got carne asada and pollo quesadillas on separate occasions and both were incredibly soggy and gross. All their food is incredibly oily, and their sour cream looks like milk rather than cream with how watery it is. Service and pricing is horrendous. I feel as though it’s a nuisance I’m there and the pricing is awful. 6 bucks for a bean and cheese burrito when I can go a bit farther down to a Taco Bell and get a bean and cheese burrito for cheaper. Food poisoning. Sounds extreme, but hold on. I work nearby and get lunch there, so I get the food, sit in the office and chow down. On multiple occasions, I’ll get back to work, and an hour to an hour and a half I am in the verge of everything coming out of both ends.
In short, I’m never...
Read moreI placed an Uber Eats order of 3 Asada burritos. 2 should have come with sour cream, rice, beans, cheese, guacamole and pico, and 1 with rice, beans, cheese and pico. In addition, I stated in the notes to include red and green sauce on the side. The two burritos were missing the sour cream (had to pay extra for it) as well as had very little guacamole and pico, and did not include the red and green sauce. The burritos were extremely dry! So much so that I drove to the restaurant to have them correct my order. They REFUSED! Stating “sour cream is on them”, despite there was nothing white inside the burritos. Furthermore, I frequent this location ( 3500 Volunteer Blvd, Henderson, NV 89044) and have had burritos from there plenty of times to recognize the difference between one with sour cream and one without. I am completely disturbed by the lack of customer service to simply add condiments to...
