I worked with Chef Cindy in January of 2020 to cater a private dinner for my 40th birthday party. Chef Cindy came highly recommended by one of the top-rated chefs that had been recommended to me, but was not available the night of my event. Chef Cindy was available and we worked together for a period of several weeks, iterating on the menu based on my tastes and suggestions. Chef Cindy was extremely responsive and very open to handling all dietary needs of my 20+ person group (mostly pescatarian, some vegans, and celiac sufferers).
On the day of the event, Chef Cindy and her assistant, Chef Wadsworth, arrived in plenty of time and had the first dishes coming out right on time. They did all prep in the house kitchen, which is what I wanted, and brought the food out as it was ready so people could slowly enjoy the morsels over time. After the food was all cooked, Chef Cindy packed up the leftovers for us and she and her assistant made sure everything was spotless in the kitchen, including emptying all the trashes.
The stand-out items for my guests were the Black Bean, Quinoa and Vegan Pepper Jack Cheese Cakes as well as the Pistachio Apricot Goat Cheese Bon Bon Strawberry Skewers and Wasabi Deviled Eggs with Sriracha Drizzle. I was also impressed with the Vegetarian Italian Sausage, Pepper, Onion and Pepperoncini Skewers, especially given that Chef Cindy could work with vegetarian/vegan protein sources. But everything was absolutely amazing and I was thrilled with the food.
I would highly recommend Chef Cindy to anyone looking to hire a private chef for this or any other kind of event! If I were local to Las Vegas, I know I would already be trying to think of another event to...

We contacted Cindy looking for Thanksgiving holiday dinner options rather than shop and cook ourselves to save us the stress while working. From our first contact Cindy was amazing. She had the perfect menu with suggestions and add ons or replacement items if we chose. All items had easy reheat instructions and items were numbered for what order they go in the oven. Cindy dropped our entire Thanksgiving meal off the day before in serving containers for our oven. We had a total of 16 people and we could not have been happier. All our guests had rave reviews. The turkey was moist, homemade gravy was delicious, ham and all traditional sides made from scratch and you could tell because they were so good. She was easy going (no pressurized sales lingo), communicative (both over emails and texts), professional (timely menu, clear invoices, and great staff), and informative (such as helping us manage our budget while still offering the kinds of food we were hoping for).
She connected with our venue’s management to ensure she understood how to best serve the meal and prepare her team. I appreciated that attention to detail and preparation.
