I can say I’ve never felt so less than in my life. I came here yesterday after my Obgyn appointment, I was starving and needed something to eat l. So I decided to pick port of subs(a location I’ve never been too). I walked In and a man was making a huge sandwich for a man, I never was greeted or even told will be with you, I was completely looked over while he’s joking with the guy. He continued to call another associate to come and help him but every time he did she would say WHAT as if they weren’t working and he may need some help. So she comes out and I’m still waiting no one says anything to me, than a man comes in after me and they say hello sr will be with you in just a minute and my whole body went numb. Like really ok(and yes I’m Black there white) than he asks me what would I like and I tell him. Than he asks the man what would he like, starting to make both sandwich’s at the same time BUT as he’s making both sandwiches he adds my meat and than adds extra meat on the guys sandwich, when he never asked for extra meat(for some reason we both have turkey sandwich’s). So the lady takes over and she was giving me the most weirdest look. So I tried to avoid eye contact, then I say can I have a cookie she says “oh yes you may” so I paid and left. I look at the cookie and it’s expired on the back sticker and hard. I don’t bother going back but just felt this review was the accurate way. I will not be going back and I’ll continue to go to the sunset and Sandhill, they have the best staff.
UPDATE!!!!! I’m confused on why you said 1:00am what are you...
Read moreI’ve ate here a handful of times, no problem. However - my husband and I ate here on Sunday 6/16 for lunch and working was Martha and Monica. Monica was an awesome amazing older lady with such a great positive attitude. She is the reason this gets more than 1 star. Martha on the other hand was the slicer and was extremely rude when we were ordering we were indecisive at first and we stood to the side as we viewed the menu. The whole time she kept asking “what kind of bread” “what kind of sandwich” “what size do you want “ and we each said to give us a moment and after we said that she sighed irritatedly and started listing choices as if we cannot read. I became decisive with my order and my husband was still indecisive about his and she continued to be rude towards him with her attitude, my husband almost walked out as he became extremely upset with her but he didn’t as my order was almost finished with. If you don’t like your job Martha, don’t take it out on customers. It’s extremely unprofessional and disgusting that that’s the environment you create for customers. Keep your negativity and frustration...
Read moreDon't go to this place after 8pm. The one employee they have at the closing hour is very rude and quite frankly disrespectful. I went to this location after work. After I ordered a sandwich I asked if the sandwich Could be toasted he told me I already cut the toaster off ! I cut it off at 7. I asked why I wasn't told that before he made the sandwich, he replied my bad, then proceeded to tell all the customers in line behind me the The toaster is not working and started laughing. I felt offended so I asked for his manager. He told me the manager want be in until Friday it was wednesday. I asked for the corporate number he told me to Google it, and than told me to leave the store if I have a problem with him and threatened to call the police. Never going back...
