I typically go to this location in the mornings, very rarely towards closing, but I decided to go this evening and it was thee worst experience I'd had at this location. There was a trainer and a trainee. The trainer was so obnoxiously loud it was ridiculous. It's like she absolutely had no idea what an inside voice was, not to mention the couple of times she condescended the trainee in the midst of her overly obnoxious boisterousness. I had taken a phone call before it got to the point I decided to leave as well as leave a review about it. She increasingly became so loud, I had to not just repeat myself to the person I was on the phone with but asked them on the other end to hold until she stopped yelling indoors. I brought it to her attention, and shortly there after, she proceeded to be even more loud only this time also sending subliminal messages as if she was bothered, but not bothered enough to be direct in her delivery, just enough to be even more rude, unprofessional and immature. Maybe, it was because some guy friend of hers in a uniform stopped by and was hanging out with her behind the counter, which I'm sure is a liability as he was not even a Starbucks employee, let alone having been on any clock (or maybe he was with his employer), and she was trying to show off, who knows. She became so unprofessional, I got up and left. As I said, I typically frequent this location at different times but after this I'll take my business elsewhere. I live in this neighborhood and stopped here on my way home to use the rest room because I have a medical condition that sometimes makes using the bathroom an urgent need for me.
I frequent all of the Starbucks in the radius around my house, which is about a mile up from this location.
Asked nicely to use the restroom and I'm told by Linda that I have to purchase something to use the rest room.
Totally disgusting way to treat a customer who spends on average $18-36 A DAY at the 3 Starbucks locations in our neighborhood.
I hope you have an awful day Linda because you ruined mine. I'm sure if I had chosen to go next door to McDonald's where I never spend a penny that I would have been treated nicer, which is pathetic.

Read moreI stopped by this Starbucks today while waiting for my dog to get groomed. I am so glad that I did. Let's start with the customer service. Absolutely outstanding by all three associates. They greeted every customer that came into the coffee shop. And every customer leaving they see you again soon!!!! For me customer service is EVERYTHING!!!! I then got an Everything Bagel and a Frap. Perfect snack. Both were made excellent!!!! And the atmosphere was beautiful!!! I love how this Starbucks is laid out. And the music playing was so peaceful. I brought my Latch Hook project with me and did a little of that. And I also brought a book with me and read some of my book.
