I had been going here for a few years after college but had to stop due to financial reasons because I had to pay out of pocket. Started going back here a few months ago because I was in a car wreck in November and was in bad pain from it. Told the staff when I first came back again, INCLUDED IT IN MY INTAKE PAPERWORK that I had been in a car wreck, yet was told today they didn't know I had been in one. When it's the only reason I started going back here at all and one of the staff members today even asked me how my treatment was going! I asked for a list of my visits from this year so I could give it to my attorney for the settlement case I have against the driver who caused the wreck to happen. Brandon's wife decided to insert herself into the conversation I was having with Melissa about it, to make the snide remark asking Melissa if it was through insurance, because if so it would be impossible to use for the case. I ignored her and waited to talk with Kayla, since when I first started having sessions with her, she said she'd be willing to do whatever she could to help. While I was waiting, Brandon walked behind the counter and his wife commented to him about me waiting to talk to Kayla regarding my sessions to use in my car wreck case and he turned and looked at me and said "That's crazy, that's just looney" before walking off. When I was finally able to speak to Kayla, she said that if I tried to use my visits in my case, that the other driver's insurance would try and use it against me since I didn't start the sessions immediately and the treatment process would have been totally different. When I couldn't afford to immediately get treatment and this whole time have been having to rely on others to help me pay out of pocket for sessions at all. She's known this whole time about my wreck, said she'd do whatever to help and had offered to write a statement to be used in my case and at first had even suggested attorneys for me to contact regarding my case, but now is saying the opposite? I think Brandon told her to say as much because he didn't want to lose any money due to my personal injury case and because he's been off with me since I stopped going to the church he and his wife go to, due to pseudo Christians like themselves. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because Kayla and Melissa are good people. I considered continuing to go for sessions since it has been helping, but I could care less to give any more money to Brandon and his wife and to be around people who have the audacity to treat me that way in front of other staff...

Such a horrible experience, I was in a car accident back in January...I had a lawyer Tatum and Atkinson that dropped my case due to the fact I didn't want to give them my personal health information. Because I knew that I would end up owing them if they found out that I was in a car accident. Long story short Dr. Taylor released me when he found out that nationwide was not willing to pay my medical bills, keep in mind He and Tatum and Atkinson is in network with each other so he kept me coming there after I told him it wasn't working for me. His excuse for releasing me was he was worried about me no worried about his money. I regret coming to this facility and I don't recommend anyone to go there. Once the lawyer said they no longer was taking my case, this office was like a collection agency, mind you they acted the same if I missed a day going to the chiropractor, things did come up. They scheduled me 3 to 4 days a week , like I didn't have a life outside of Henderson Wellness Center and if I missed a day Dr. Taylor would seem mad and would say your going to make that day up right he is so full of s*. But what I do know they were just trying to run a bill up, that's all. And the Lady Keisha (she's on there website homepage) That did most of my treatments for me no longer has anything to say to me, like I stopped her from getting paid...I went to the office to speak with Dr. Taylor and I spoke to her don't you know she look at me and didn't say anything, like my issue is with Dr. Taylor not you. That was so rude of her but I shouldn't expect anything different most of them, they run in a pack. He has threaten to take me to collections, and at this point I could careless. When I get paid they will too, maybe. But one thing for sure they...

This is the most professional group of people I’ve ever seen!! And to top it off everyone is always happy, smiling and laughing bc they are extremely genuine!!!!!!! It’s a family atmosphere and no stress !!!!!!! I feel relaxed there because it’s like being at home. They’re most deserving of the highest praise and rating!!!!! Awesome folks!! I highly recommend this group of Very knowledgeable professionals for your chiropractic and medical needs!! They are in my opinion, The best of the best!! This is definitely one of my favorite happy places bc when I depart from my appointment I’m smiling and pain free and Im feeling great naturally!!!! My experience there is always good and I leave smiling and pain free. I love going to The Henderson Chiropractic Center. They always make my day by laughing and making me feel relaxed.
