Placed order for CHICKEN & SHRIMP rice bowl only to get home and realize there was no Shrimp but Chicken & Steak!!! The female who took my order was for lack of a better word not very welcoming/friendly to say the least. Maybe she was having a bad day(which we're all entitled to) but it can NOT carry over when you're the 1st person customers interact with in the restaurant!!! I will say people make mistakes all the time but when the person taking the order seemingly is more concerned about a phone(or something) orders can & will get effed up!!! Since I eat here at least 5-6 per month I felt I needed to make Dwight (manager/cook/customer service/etc) aware of the mistake. I will say Dwight apologized and said he'd make it "right" on my next trip(he knows I'm coming back)!! Being around the restaurant industry for 35+ years it's imperative that the "Front End" of the business takes care of certain things like getting orders taken correctly so that the "back end" of the house doesn't make mistakes such as this. Kudos for Dwight for taking the call & promising to make things right on my next visit!! As a customer you can't help respect that!! If ALL the employees had the demeanor and willingness to serve & make the customers dining experience a great one as much as Dwight does this place would get 10 ⭐ rating from me & like I mentioned I eat here at least 5-6 per month!!!

Drove 2 hours &’ 43 minutes to try this place due to seeing it on social media. Was very excited to try it. Ordered $42 worth of food (chicken wing dinner &’ shrimp and fish, and a side of sausage and two drinks) @2:15pm did not receive our food until 3:48pm after going up to the counter and asking multiple times for an update. It was mention after an hour and some change that they were waiting on my chicken dinner plate…. Seen the lobby was full of customers who said they have been waiting since 12:30pm. Did not notice until I paid. Went to get my fountain drink and there was no ice, the pink lemonade poured water &’ the ginger ale tasted like tonic water. The girls bathroom toilet did not flush, trash was piled up out the trash can &’ tables weren’t wiped. People were getting their food before me when they showed up a hour after I did &’ placed their order in house. We were going to dine in but the time we received our food we just ended up leaving because of the drive home. The food was ok.. the fries were the star of the meal. The best part of this experience was listening to the customers about how long they've been waiting for their food. So this was the first time coming for my wife and I and our kids. My wife wanted seafood, so we'd looked at the top rated places within a 45-minute drive, and we came across this place, so we gave it a go. We first walked in, and the first thing my wife and I noticed was how clean everything looked. Admittedly I was excited about the idea of the loaded fries, and a handful of other things I wanted to try, and we were informed that some things were sold out, so we had to change up some of our original orders, and an awesome gentleman MJ, helped us out and was very accommodating and assisted us with substitutions for things that weren't available.
