Badcock ordered a 43" flat screen TV an a glass desk. When I came to put my deposit on it was informed the tv an desk was no longer in stock. Was told I can get the floor model tv but wouldn't get a discount. Picked up the tv it was wrapped in clear plastic was not bubble wrap as I was informed. No box. Not satisfied with the tv call within 24 hours of purchase an ask to get credit for the one I got an trade for another tv. First I was told no we don't do that but after telling her the purchase agreement said 1 - 10 days . she said yes But if I have any problems with this return I am calling the corporate office. They over change because they make it easy to get items with little bad...

There was only 3 people working and that includes the manager whom was outside on the phone with more than 7 customers waiting on there food drive thru was closed. One of the customers which was a older gentleman walked outside to tell the manager to get off the phone and come help the other 2 workers out or else customers are going to walk out it took over 20 mins just to get your New Spicy Honey Chicken Sandwich and that was it which my boy friend really likes. I know help is hard to find now a days but I feel as if the manager should have been in there helping his 2 employees out being that more customers...
