Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

To the Keisha individual who left the review about this place, is false. For starters you came in there with an attitude already, you were greeted with upmost respect which you didn’t give in return. Then you came into the place unprepared and took forever to come back. Not everything is always hot n ready because they are busy at times but work really hard. They have rules they have to follow and not everything is free, there is only one oven operating at the moment but not once was anyone rude until you began your rant calling employees Arabs. Customers are not always right. They are not bad employees, it’s the people that bring bad energy into the place of business. Not one time have I ever EVER any issues with these employees. And their customer service is very much great. But not when people feel they are entitled to something when they are not. Their service is great, people just hate when they can’t get what they want. If you have a problem call corporate about what ever issues you have with their prices and what they charge. They just work their. And have to...

Attempted to call ahead but the phone rang for almost 10mins before anyone answered. Mind you I was only 15mins from the store, when they finally answered they said there was a 10-15min wait and finished taking my order as I was parking right in front of the store... As I am waiting patiently in my vehicle , I observed the employees playing with the laser scanner and shooting staples at each other.

After I went in and paid, the employee handed me my order missing two items so I had to point out my order was short; at this point, the employee said absolutely nothing and threw the 2 items on my pizza box, turned around and started talking with some person in street clothing who was behind the counter.

Being equal distance between this store and another, I will very likely not be returning to this location. Oh, forgot to mention the cheese on my pizza was burnt.

The only reason this store is recieving 2 stars is that I love their marinara sauce and they didn't mess that up even though i suspect that is premade elsewhere...

Rudest place... First NO PIZZA WAS HOT AND READY. There excuse was they only have one stove.The biggest problem; I ask for wings cook twice and dipped with sauce twice they barely had sauce. So I ask for a ranch as there was no sauce they charged me from the ranch after they mess up. So I'm on my phone where I pay my bill telling my mom about it then some big man as if he a security guard comes up from working on the computer and tell me I'm extra... so I tell him he extra he say my hair extra worst customer experience I have ever experience.. They obviously don't train their employes on what customer service is ... I deal with customers daily and would lose my job if I ever tried that. As customers is who pay me... I would have apologize for the light sauce and gave the customer the ranch... Don't go if you the type to stick up for yourself... As they are real slick with the mouth... If you have a complaint about your food that your hard earn money is...
