What a great experience!!! From my first call with Christine to working w Jesse and Shonda. All the lady’s were amazing. Christine before I hung up on my first phone call made sure I understood the process and answered all my questions . She was awesome about answering calls and checking in during the cleaning process and even after the work was completed. I felt at peace for the first time since my home caught fire. Once I was able to meet Jesse and Shonda. They were also amazing. They were patient and understanding when I came across items in my home that were damaged but meant a great deal to me. They even listened to me blab about my items and the stories behind them. Never making me feel like they didn’t care What an amazing group of lady’s. Within two weeks of closing on my home, I found out I needed mold remediation. I was referred to SERVPRO out of Chester county by a fellow exterminator. From the start, the staff was very nice, answered all of my questions, but most importantly, were able to complete their services within my time frame. When it came down to the final week of closing, SERVPRO had come and gone, provided me and the buyer with verification of services and took half the time to complete the remediation than originally expected. I was pleased with their professionalism and services. Christine was a trooper and never left me out of the loop. The only negative I could say is the cost of the remediation, but I had never dealt with any type of situation like this, so it was all very new to me. I contacted Servpro, because my roof needed tarping. They jerked me around and passed the buck from one to another, when I would follow up from my inquiry call. She’s in the field, he’s at lunch, he just stepped away from his desk, but they’ve been informed you’ve called and they’ll be calling you in about an hour, an hour, an hour, I gave up at 3pm after trying from 9am. At 7, some bimbo calls to tell me, that Servpro doesn’t do tarping, but the wanted to notify me early, so I could hire someone else…!😂😳Really? Early as 7pm on Friday!
