Most of my experiences here up until this last visit were positive. Recently stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Asked for it to go as I was on my way to work. The coffee girl right off the bat was very dismissive and had a rude tone towards me which threw me off guard since that wasn’t the norm. Then I watched 3 groups come in after me and get their food/drinks served and to go. She saw me waiting and looking over as she chatted with coworkers and made other orders. After about 20 min I finally walked up and she said it was in the back holder like i’m suppose to know what that means. Why wouldn’t she let me know it was ready so I’m not standing there like an idiot. So i go back to the holder and another woman says my order is not there. They said a customer must have taken it. Apparently they just let anyone grab orders out of this thing. They offered a redo but I was already late for work. My wife and I went here on a Sunday for our first time. While browsing all they had I noticed a few things wrong: avocados 2 for $5? Come on. Organic or not that's just insane. We looked through the coolers and found some things of interest but when I pulled out a bag of grapes they had mold on the bottom of the bag. Ok no biggie I'm still browsing because I can overlook a small error. However, once we got home I checked everything and the package of already sliced salami/pepperoni type sausage was expired!! When we checked out the girl gave me some outrageous amount of $75 and I said wait a minute let me see. She turned the screen around and showed me. On the list was my bananas for $15 instead of &1.50. How many times has that happened and nobody noticed. After all, you are expected to pay more for organic...

I love their food. What I don't like about the place is that when you find something that you do love it disappears and there isn't anyone knowledgeable enough to tell you whether it's going to be back in or whether they intend to order it again. This is happened more than once to me and it gets old because I end up having to drive over there to find out if they have it cuz the person on the phone is knowledgeable and it's frustrating and it lunch time when you think you're going to get a chicken salad sandwich you're not cuz they're sold out and it's right at lunch time and you would think they would make enough to accommodate period and everything but the chicken salad has peppers in it. So if you are allergic or have a problem with pepper don't expect to get anything...
