Security was an EZ quick process. Guests had been notified earlier via email upon receipt of our virtual tickets as to what was/wasn't allowed. Security staff were pleasant, helpful, & thorough thro-out the procedure.
All the other staff warmly welcomed guests and were informative, friendly, and engaging!
Also awaiting the guests were delicious "Nothing Bundt" cupcakes which were offered along with hot/cold beverages!
Individuals &/or groups must sign up online for date & # of tickets required.
Seating is plentiful. There's only general seating and no assigned seats.
While waiting in the "Arrivals" area [large gathering room], a short welcoming & "what to expect" video is shown to everyone.
When the time arrived to be seated in the studio, it was all very orderly, no shoving, no pushing, etc.! And everyone was guided by pleasant & engaging audience staff.
Restrooms are available before or afterward on the way out of the building. After being seated & thro'-out the taping, if someone needed to use a restroom, staff will appropriately guide guests out. Once out of the studio, typically, will not be allowed back into the studio. However, audience staff will try their best to get the person back to their seat quietly or at a "stop" point in the taping. So as NOT to disrupt the taping of the show.
Before taping begins, Keith Bilbry reads out the names of those with special recognition [info is entered when purchasing tickets online!] celebrating a b'day/ann'y- military srvc - came from furthest distance - eldest guest - longest married, etc. A special commemorative TMHS souvenir is given.
At several "stop-tape"/breaks, etc., Staff will throw various show giveaways [TMHS t-shirts] into the audience.
Before the show begins,, the Gov announces a "Meet 'n' Greet" after the show. [One of the best parts of the show!] Staff will use each individual's own cell phone/camera to take pictures w/guests/s & The Gov!
Before exiting the building, restrooms also avalaible!
Exiting the building is quick & simple!

Read moreour first time there Oct 2023 & it was for the Mike Huckabee Show. The place is very well kept both inside & outside and its a large campus. Before the Show in the lobby area there was free coffee, water, & tea as well as a variety of cookies. This first time visit for us was very impressive with how professional it is ran. I can recommend this venue and highly recommend the Mike...
