Prior to bringing in the 2020 Rogue Sport to Nissan of Hendersonville, I had a discussion with Alfredo (the Service Manager) explaining that the car had been in a front end collision and repaired; however, my personal mechanic said that some metal tabs were interfering with the alignment of the forward crash sensor. Alfredo said to bring it in and they would look at it. I delivered the car and left it with them. Alfredo passed off my work to Diego who later told me that the sensor just needed to be re-calibrated. I was charged for the work $169.00 and upon picking it up and driving it home, the sensor sounded again with the warning light and chime which was the exact same problem that it had when I brought it in. Upon returning and requesting a charge back to my credit card for the $169 as they had not actually corrected the problem and moreover, Alfredo did not remember the conversation prior to me delivering the car, Alfredo told me a firm "No" in regards to my request for a charge back. He then said he would make a note of my complaint and that he would not service any of my vehicles in the future.
