Burger King — Restaurant in Hendersonville

You know what I HATE ? False advertising. This is what burger king is. A huge, gigantic, enormous and disgusting lie. Yeah. I saw the commercials on tv. Those ones with the earworm songs that get stuck in your head forever, repeating the name of the menu item over and over until you get a headache. I always rush to hit mute but one day I was up and walking around so I didn't. Then I for the first time reached the end of the commercial, where ads finally worked. Two words: You. Rule. My interest was sparked. My dream was finally in reach. I needed this. So I went over to this burger king. I walk in, doing exactly what you'd expect a ruler to do. I started giving my orders, proclaiming myself Holy Eternal Monarch of the restaurant, and ordered my new subjects to bow. They just stared at me. After things got heated with the manager, in a RAGE OF TREASONOUS MUTINY they BANNED ME FROM THE RESTAURANT!!! What the literal heck. So now you know. Don't listen to the lies. Those commercials are a joke. I actually can't make sense of it. The stupidity levels are actually hitting the roof right now. I might explode just talking about it. Don't go here. A complete, total, scam. One star is the most generous review I've...

They had the inside closed to the public and the bathrooms which are in another part of the building not inside burger king itself, which are usually open as long as the stores open as well, we're even closed. Very inconvenient. So I had to walk up to the window to order my food and the woman who was working was telling the car at the window how she wasn't taking any more orders and closing the store down because she was "still shook up and couldn't handle anything else" after a customer apparently has came back through the line and had thrown a sandwich through the window on the floor and raised his voice over his food being made incorrectly... When I managed to catch her attention after the car she was explaining all of this to drive off, I asked her if she would please take my order as well before she shut the restaurant down, which THANKFULLY she was nice enough to take my order and let me wait for it at the window. There isn't much to choose from I think bk is the only fast food on that stretch of Spartanburg highway so it probably didn't sit right with many customers who can't travel but so far to get somethin to eat specially ones walking, it would've been a HUGE...

The manager Karen is absolutely incredible and is the sole reason for the 5 start review. I avoid burger king at all costs because it has gone way down hill. The service and staff at burger king are generally terrible and I've had more issues with burger king than any other fast food place (including the burger king I'm writing this review on). But when the manager Karen is working and only when she is working the service is top notch 5 stars. I couldn't say enough good things about her. If it wasn't for Karen's absolutely exceptional above and beyond service I would never go to burger king again. Y'all (burger king) needs to be paying her 100k a year minimum because this woman deserves no less. Burger King as a company I wouldn't even give one star. This 5 star review is ONLY because of Karen, the day she leaves burger king is the day I will never eat...
