We are a business account that uses citizens bank. The branch manager is very stuck up and arrogant. You get the vibe that she feels better than you. They can never help you with anything in the bank more than a deposit or withdrawal without referring you to the customer service. There are many types of banking features that you can only use via the app but the app never works and the people in the bank never do anything to help you other than give you a customer service line.
