My husband and I both had new patient appointments last night. Both are veterans and those who are in the va system know how hard it is to find any doctor let alone a dentist that the va will allow you to use, that is worth half your effort to even go. This dentist was by far the best hands down. They don’t have an office full of people at all, but rather they have kept it so personal it takes things to a whole new level hands down! The dental assistant spend time chatting with you until they know you are completely comfortable. They even have a menu of sorts for things that may make someone more comfortable. They actually care about their patients! I did look up the reviews to even find this place because I have been to a dentist and a few stood out but this one said it all merely by the look on my husbands face when he was done with the dentist. Even the receptionist was so darn pleasant! Firm handshake from her and warm friendly smile, helped ease our anxiety as we looked at each other upon entry and having Previously discussed with him in the vehicle that the reviews for this place were impeccable. I only look at reviews less than a-year-old. I simply smiled and told my husband this was going to be another experience. And I am very glad it was ! The building is located in I sort of residential area. It’s a very lovely location. You feel safe. The best thing I can tell someone that has never been here is no one’s going to BS you. Yes they simply didn’t do it. They were just an overall wonderful staff. Both my husband and I value this business greatly . They were just a wonderful crew! And they have gone above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable. They will even ask you questions in regards to what’s most important to you. Or how about whether you liked and sugar coated or direct and to the point. Each person is an individual. And the dentist was by far the best we have ever encountered in all of our years in the military. This also includes our outside care outside of the VA system. I want to take time to thank the facility For going above and beyond and being patient and working with the VA on our behalf. It’s really awesome when you have a receptionist that knows the system and is fully aware that there are always hick ups! You finally feel like someone is fighting for you. And I say this in the utmost respect. I was never worried about myself going in there. It was my husband that concerned me more. Going into war twice He can be very standoffish. I will tell you with 100% certainty that this was absolutely not the case. I cannot thank the Facility and staff members enough. My husband means the world to me and upon leaving he finally had a solution. He had found his dentist and they were able to connect on a level that made me comfortable knowing that he would be OK. I have no doubts whatsoever that he will be cared for in a professional and courteous manner. I cannot thank you guys enough. And the welcoming gift was very much appreciated. We cannot thank you guys enough!!...

I found Henniker Family Dentistry when searching my maps for a dentist near me. I need to have repairs done to the bonding on my front teeth. The bonding done by my previous dentist a few months prior has chipped & fallen out. What’s left of it is now darker than my actual teeth! Not a good look! My hope was to find a dentist who had some experience with cosmetic dentistry. I couldn’t be happier that I chose this practice! My appointment went better than anticipated! Upon checking in I was greeted by Travis. He showed me around the office & pointed out the refrigerator of beverages & the coffee maker. He told me I could help myself. There was no wait to be called in. Once I was in the room I was introduced to Brianna, the dental assistant. She told me they couldn’t use the X-rays I’d brought in from my previous dentist, that they’d need to take all new ones. FREE OF CHARGE! Then she gave me a gift bag, inside was a personalized card welcoming me to the practice, chapstick, a to go coffee cup along with a toothbrush & floss! The dentist came in & introduced herself to me once my X-rays were completed & we talked about my options. Dr. Oneil is knowledgeable, energetic & confident in her ability to make my smile beautiful again! Once deciding on the best way to proceed I was introduced to Sarah. She had booked my appointment the afternoon prior & was now figuring out a payment plan I could afford ( I’m without dental insurance). What was most impressive about Dr. Oneil was how excited she was about fixing my smile! It’s clear she loves what she does for work over making money. I’m confident in her ability to make my smile beautiful again! I’m going back in two days to get my teeth repaired & I’m so excited! The best news was finding out I will have my smile back before I leave on vacation! Thank you Dr. Oneil, Brianna, Sarah & Travis for making this experience so pleasant! I’m extremely extremely over the moon I came across this place!! I called thinking I had a cavity cause I had some sensitivity. I went to gentle dental about a year ago and they told me I needed a ton of work, maxed out my dental insurance. They’ve done so much dental work on me the last 2 years… They told me I still had 7 cavities to fill so I was very skeptical as I take great care of my teeth. So I called henniker family dental. They were able to get me right in as it was painful, When the hygienist started looking she saw the problem, my gums were receding, and I’m grinding my teeth at night. That sensitivity/ pain if because my gums have receded on that tooth exposing it a lot. As for the 7 cavities. I have one under an old filling. Dr. O’Neill saw me and was so chill, laid back, nice but new her stuff. I was told a few years ago if need a gun transfusion on a tooth, she gave me the option of a crown if the sensitivity is still bothering me. So instead of paying thousands for 7 more cavities I didn’t need filled. I was happy to pay out of pocket for this place. Jessica the hygienist was extremely warm, kind and gentle. I never felt rushed, everyone took their time with me and answered every question. I love the atmosphere here. At other dental offices the way the dentist talk to the hygienist can be a little rough. But here everyone was extremely kind to one another too. Jessica and Dr. O showed me how to properly brush and flush as to not irritate my gums more. Also found me an affordable option for a night guard. Overall I was pretty much done with dentist but after today I’m beyond pleased.
