I took a lighter in to be engraved for my husband for our 25th wedding anniversary. When I returned to pick it up, I pointed out that she had misspelled his name. Her response was she wanted to make it right. She reimbursed me for the lighter and informed me that it had taken her a whole hour to do because she had to also wait on customers.
